Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nikki (the “Service”), an AI-powered sales assistant provided by Looks Good Hun LLC (d/b/a Theonexus) (“Nikki,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, or by opting in to receive calls or text messages from a business using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Nikki is provided to businesses (“Clients”) as a done-for-you AI sales assistant. On behalf of our Clients, Nikki communicates with the Client’s leads and customers (“End Users”) by phone call, SMS/text message, and other channels to answer questions, qualify inquiries, and schedule appointments. If you are an End User, you are interacting with a Client’s business through Nikki’s technology, not with Nikki directly.

By submitting your contact information through a Client’s website form, lead ad, missed-call text-back, or other opt-in method, you consent to receive automated and AI-generated SMS text messages and phone calls from that Client using the Service, including messages related to your inquiry and scheduling.

• Message frequency varies depending on your conversation and may recur.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages, or HELP for assistance.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Client accounts are created and owned by the Client. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited, unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent communications;
• Violate any applicable law, including telemarketing and messaging laws such as the TCPA;
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Clients purchasing the Service agree to the pricing, fees, and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise agreed in writing.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Looks Good Hun LLC (d/b/a Theonexus) and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant Clients a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as permitted under these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Looks Good Hun LLC (d/b/a Theonexus) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law. Clients may cancel their subscription in accordance with their service agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
